ArtSpot 英語教育劇團 簡介 (2013/5/8 update)
ArtSpot劇團的專業演出，對非英語系國家的學生非常有幫助，深受各國英語教學界重視，已陸續受到各國英語文教學研討會，如TESCOL Conference的邀約，在大會中表演，包括阿根廷、墨西哥、阿拉伯聯合大公國、卡達等國。
ArtSpot演出是在各級學校禮堂，以小劇場形式呈現。每次演出的戲與歷年的劇碼，都有完整的英語學習配件，提供學校教學使用。包括：
1.海報Poster
2.劇情摘要Plot
3.學習單Workbook，分三個級數，適合不同英語程度的學生使用
4.歌曲Songs
老師可利用這些資源，於演出前後做延伸學習，也讓學生們可以體驗不同又有趣的學習方式。
劇團本身備有專業完善的聲光、佈景設備與技術人員。在一般學校的禮堂即可演出，每場戲劇長度約一小時，開場前後演員都會和觀眾親切互動，也可依學校要求做Q&A等相關活動。

Theater
Founded
in 1997, ArtSpot Educational
Theater has
been deeply involved in exploring alternatives and new sidelights to education
through the art of theatre. The plays are created to make learning the English language
more entertaining while extolling human values in the process. Special care is
taken to maintain an uncomplicated but insightful vocabulary, to develop clear
and vivid musical concepts, and to expressly include the communicative aspect
of body language. Every year they are invited to more than 10 countries around
the world: Argentina , Chile , Uruguay ,
Paraguay , Colombia , Costa
Rica , Mexico ,
Dubai (UAE), Qatar and Oman
The professional techniques used to
covert drama into English learning have been highly recommended in ESL/EFL
field. ArtSpot has participated in TESOL Conferences in Argentina , Mexico ,
Arabia and Qatar Taiwan
The
educational value of the plays is enhanced by a resource package that targets different
aspects of the English Language. These activities, together with the creative
resourcefulness of the teachers, make this project a powerful educational tool.

3. Audio files of Songs
The
play presents various elements that make it enjoyable to all students regardless
of the age group. We suggest listening to the songs in class and working with
the plot before seeing the play (especially with young children).
The play can be shown at your school if it has adequate space and a minimum number of students
attending.
